Fix color names for faces
...
In cases like htmlize these hex values are used directly and Firefox can't
interpret such long hex color values, so fix it for now by shrinking them down
to their usual #rrggbb instead of #rrrrggggbbbb.

fix: Make the black color in vterm stand out from the background
...
The black color is used, for one, for predictive completion in zsh and fish. For
some reason, without this change, the color doesn't show up at all in ‘vterm’,
even though it works fine in ‘term’.

Lighten the selection backgrounds for ivy and company
...
The dark blue color seems too dark to make out what exactly is being selected
sometimes. This is especially a problem with ivy, which shows some candidates in
blue.

Fix ‘org-code’ face for Emacs 27 and before
...
Emacs 28 has introduced the option to specify the horizontal and vertical widths
for ‘:box’ face specifications. This fails on earlier versions of Emacs however,
so check the major version to see what to do.

Update block-begin and block-end lines in org-mode
...
Give both a darker font and shrink them, turn the end line’s background the same
color as the ‘org-block’ face. This makes it clear that the begin and end lines
aren’t as important as the contents and by only making one of the header lines a
brighter color it gives the blocks a bit more emphasis without becoming too busy.
