Consider all windows grouped by WM_TRANSIENT_FOR to be focused when one window in the group has focus.

  detect-transient = true;

Shadows

Turn on shadows.

  shadow = true;

Don't draw shadows on drag-and-drop windows or dock windows.

  wintypes:
  {
    dnd = { shadow = false },
    dock = { shadow = false }
  }

Make shadows bigger.

  shadow-radius = 10;

Don't show shadows for these windows.

mowedline: This is my statusbar application, I make it completely transparent and that makes a shadow look very out of place.
Shaped windows: Things look weird when shaped windows get a rectangular shadow.
