Use .stowrc instead of a bash wrapper around stow
The comment in ‘stow-home’ claims that ‘.stowrc’ doesn’t support variable
expansion. I don’t know if I couldn’t figure it out before or if stow has been
updated since then, but it seems to work fine now.
