* tekuti/boot.scm (boot): Add config option, a file evaluated inside
(tekuti config).
* tekuti/config.scm: Add *css-file*, *navbar-links*, *navbar-infix*.
Change default admin pass.
* tekuti/template.scm (templatize): Make the default template less
wingo-specific.
