updates to (tekuti boot)
* tekuti/boot.scm (*option-grammar*): Remove repl and gds args, replaced
by `listen'.
(parse-options): `listen' causes tekuti to spawn a repl server.
(boot): No more repl option; we always sit down into the event-loop.
