Change the index page

Remove the blog link.  Generate a list of at most 10 post titles and
link to the full index when done.  Remove the "Emacs" sub-heading
under "Projects", remove the "Dotfiles" heading.  Add a "Profiles"
heading which lists some other places I can be found.
