EMACS: Disable <CTRL>-z when in X

`.emacs.d/functions.el'
        - Removed functions `(x-init)' and `(cli-init)'.

`.emacs.d/init.el'
        - Moved initialization for with and without window systems from
          seperate functions.

        - Globally unset <CTRL>-z when we have a window system.
