Tom Willemsen d7a622d4ba Add Makefiles, utility 
Change the directory structure and add a bunch of Makefiles to make it
easy to install gitto. Also add a utility to run gitto in its current
state.

For lack of a better title.

My simple utility to keep track of all the git repositories I have on my computer(s). Also an experiment in writing scheme.
