Cosmetic fixes for org-contacts

BTW, here's another cosmetic patch.  It fixes the following:
- Remove some redundant dependencies (already satisfied by Emacs-27.1).
- Fix a too-wide docstring.
- Use `;;` for comments because `;;;` is for section headers.
