Tom Willemsen eb9348bf34 Update and add project pages
I've once again thought up a different common structure for website
pages, I hope this one sticks longer than the ones before, but this
limits duplication of data somewhat and keeps maintenance costs of
these pages fairly low.

* What does it do?
Markam collects bookmarks and doesn't care how you (mis)use it.
* Why was it written?
To not be dependent on my browser to manage my bookmarks, to not
have to use a web interface to do so and to have something fun to
write in scheme.
* Who is it for?
Anyone who dislikes having their bookmarks stuck to a single
browser and anyone who dislikes web interfaces.
