I'm quite used to typing in ‘C-d’ to quit any kind of REPL. Most accept that an
EOF marker showing up means that it's time to quit. SBCL (with linedit) just
reports that it's happened. This change makes it work the way I prefer again.

Once upon a time I'd installed Quicklisp into ‘~/.local/share/quicklisp’ instead
of the default ‘~/quicklisp’ and I forgot that I had to do this manually. I'm
probably better off just using the default value.
