  Sets some environmoent variables. Even though I use [[http://zsh.sourceforge.net/][zsh]],
  ~.bash_profile~ gets sourced first of all anyway. Currently sets
  ~BROWSER~ and ~EDITOR~ and adds paths to ~INFOPATH~ and ~PATH~.
