It overrides the existing functionality, which means that it will always run the
code in the old ‘ellipsis.sh’ and never the newly pulled one. This makes it
useless to try and ensure the used programs are installed.

I’m trying out Ellipsis, and it automatically prefixes any file with a ‘.’ when
it creates symlinks.
